Essex Historical Meeting Join us to view the 1947 film, "Shipbuilders of Essex". This 25-minute film uses the building of the Gloucester fishing trawler, Saint Rosalie, as a backdrop to life in post-war Essex. Attendees may participate in the documentation of this film by identifying local people and places.

Ashley Ahearn's personal story of her relationship to the Essex River reveals her touching and emotional connection to nature. First aired on NPR radio, this multi-image presentation and talk is not to be missed.
